Baptist Youth Ministry in Tasmania is managed by a team called 'Rapid', who oversee the ministry for the whole State.
The Rapid Team have a Kingdom focus and have formed a partnership with the Youth Team from Victoria. The team have facilitated opportunities for Youth Leaders to network and be attend training days to equip them to facilitate youth ministry in an intentional manner. The BYM team from Victoria have assisted with some of the events on these days.
